Shipping & Returns


All Sales are Final. However as a company we pride our self on exceptional customer service, we want you to be completely satisfied. 

Return Limitations:

Items should be in their new, unused condition, with all garment tags attached.

  1. Exchanges can be made for the following reasons: Product defective, received damaged, or the wrong item. Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates may not be returned. 
  2. Item(s) Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The customer is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed orders.
  3. To ensure that items are sufficiently protected in transit, we recommend you send them to us in the original packaging.

How to Return:
RETURNING ONLINE: Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please print and include a copy of your return slip with your package.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date to receive your store credit or new item. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the item for exchange. You should expect to receive store credit onces we recieve your order. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee availability of items in all sizes or colors but we will do our best to complete your exchange request as specified. Disclaimer- Replacement of products and store credit to your account for merchandise claimed shipped but not received are subject to our investigation. 

RETURNING TO OUR STORE: Your invoice must be present when exchanging to our store. You may return your merchandise to Blush Bridal 119 Broadfoot Ave Fayetteville, NC 28305. Exchanges for online purchases are also processed instore. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the US and overseas. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note Watters brands including WTOO & Willowby are only sold and shipped within the U.S.A..

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We are not responsible for stolen or lost items.
